After graduation, I had one goal—to support my family and improve our financial situation.Like many fresh graduates, I had big dreams but little experience.

What I didn’t know was that the road ahead would be filled with scams, disappointment, and trust issues.

The First Scam — 6 Months of Hard Work for Nothing

I thought I found the perfect opportunity. A team of 80+ members, experienced freelancers, and mentors — what could go wrong?

I invested 15,000 PKR (~$54) and worked hard for six months, believing I was building something real. But in the end, the team disappeared. No payments, no explanations. Just gone.

The worst part?

I didn’t even use my own money — I had secretly borrowed it from a friend, hoping to pay her back once I started earning. I told myself it was a small risk for a big future.

Now, that future was gone, and I was left with nothing but debt and regret.

Then came another opportunity. They told me I could make quick money — but the work was illegal. It could have changed my financial situation, but my faith and values wouldn’t allow me to take that path.

Then they suggested Crypto Trading, which is also Haram in Islam. I walked away, losing both my Money and my Trust.

The Second Scam — The False Promise of Blogging

Still determined, I joined a blogging course that promised AdSense approval in two months — without buying hosting or a domain. Blogging seemed like the next big hope. It Sounded perfect. I paid 3,000 PKR, hoping to Earn and Repay the debt I owed to my friend.

I paid 3,000 PKR (~$11) for the course, and later, I spent 5,000 PKR (~$18) on domain hosting, hoping to make my blog successful. But after months of effort, I got nothing.

1.5 years later, my friend is asking for the money back. I have no answer.

No way to repay her. And my family still doesn’t know.
